Melanie is a singer, performer, and voice over artist.  She had appeared at various locations nationally show casing her talent.  She has performed at The City Winery in New York, with her Brother, Wesley Stace, and collaborated with the UK Sax sensation Jake Fryer on a brand new show Red Hot and Blue Songs – Celebrating The Cole Porter Songbook which made its debut at Birdland – Jazz Corner Of The World in New York in December 2020.

She is currently writing a new collection of songs with IQ The Professor, aka the Music Producer Edwin J. Alvarado. Their first song Your Love Takes Me Somewhere was a smash hit internationally with well over 125,000 streams to date, and their first album Love On The Rebound is available now.

Melanie operates Plain Sailing Studios, providing voice over services for commercials, audio books, movies and TV.  Her unique and versatile speaking voice provides what is needed to relate messages, and provide the necessary dramatic interpretation to any creative work.
